Pure spirit is married with raw sap and seasoned with wild birch flavours harvested throughout the seasons for a smooth yet complex drink to be enjoyed neat or mixed.

SERVES: Chill in the freezer and serve neat. Pour over ice and top with tonic/ soda and garnish with citrus 

How would describe it?

It has a nose almost like a fino sherry. Chilled and neat, it has a herbal, almost medicinal quality, with notes of rosemary, cinnamon and eucalyptus. With tonic, it expands and changes into a smooth, citrussy, refreshing drink.

Sweet cereal notes on the nose, with a creamy vanilla taste when neat. Changes to notes of green apple and melon/fruit salad and a hint of parma violet with mixer. Very smooth and easy drinking with tonic.
